CityCliq's money-back guarantee
If, after 90 days of your account activation, you are not satisfied with your business' ranking on Google, Yahoo, AOL or Bing, notify us at info@citycliq.com, using the subject line "money back guarantee" and we will perform a search query for your business name, city and/or state on each of those engines and determine whether or not the business in question is indeed listed on the first page of any of the aforementioned search engines. If we determine that the listing in question is indeed listed on the first page of said search engines, then we will provide you with the exact search query we used and a screenshot showing your first page listing. You will not, in this case, be entitled to a refund of any monies paid to us for the service in question. If, on the other hand, we cannot locate your CityCliq business listing on either Google, Yahoo, AOL or Bing's first pages, then we will issue you a full refund for any and all monies paid to us for your Plus plan account. All other terms and conditions of your CityCliq account still apply, including those pertaining to cancellation procedures. Your are free to cancel your account at any time, at which point your listing will be deleted from our active business listing records and will eventually be removed from active search engine results.
