Let me first introduce myself, Sam Rubio, owner of Residential Remodeling.

We offer a variety of home improvement and repair to all homeowners in the San Antonio area, who are interested in quality work.

INSULATION- blown in fiberglass and cellulose, as well as spray in radiant barrier.

DRYWALL- sheetrockhanging and finishing,repairs,guaranteed texture match.

CARPENTRY- framing, trim work, decks, fences, rotten wood and siding replacement.

PAINTING- interior/exterior, spray, brush, and roll,

PLUMBING- water heater replacement, water leaks, fawcet replacement.

ELECTRICAL- ceiling fans, bathroom ceiling heater vents, switches, plugs, secutity lights, and recessed lighting instalation or replacement.

Door instaltion and replacement.

All estimates are free, and a list of references will be submitted with all bids.
