This guy is a complete idiot!!! First, he has ZERO background in law, law enforcement or any related field. He lives in a very rural area and was elected by hillbillies! A few years back PENNDOT made a mistake and my license were mistaken. I went to him for advice and his exact reply was,"THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO NOW, ITS OVER WITH." Well, I'm sure to Stu'd surprise I faught PENNDOT myself and spoke with a real judge in another county.....PENNDOT not only returned my licnse immediately, they apologized!!! How do ya like them apples??
