It is so sad to write a negative review when all I wanted was some assistance with a piece of equipment that Carts Unlimited use to produce. I am trying to start my own business and purchased an older model cart and saw the tag on the cart that has Cart's label on it. Poor customer service was just given to me when I called and ask for help because I had purchased a used cart from someone. Don't tell me you can't help because you don't do that anymore! It is YOUR product! Don't tell me you don't know anything because clearly you did/do know something! This is why every country hates Americans because no one wants to lend a hand to the next person who is in need of help. Especially when the product originated from Carts Unlimited. You Suck Carts Unlimited!!
